West Coast Hops - Terms & Conditions

• I am at least 13 years of age.
• I have a valid and active email address.
• I will conduct myself with professionalism and courteousness to all members and staff at WestCoastHops. If at anytime I conduct myself in a manner that may adversly affect WestCoastHops or any of its members, I understand that my membership will be terminated without further hesitation.
• I understand that my application can be rejected by WestCoastHops for any reason.
• I will allow WestCoastHops and it's staff members to email me at any time, including contacts for general correspondence, policy changes, and events etc. WestCoastHops does not participate in any form of SPAM and will terminate user accounts immediately for members in violation of this agreement.
• I understand that interfering with other aircraft will not be tolerated.
• I will keep smoke off during a session unless authorized for that session.
• I understand that only members that have been approved by senior administrators are authorized to work in a control tower.
• I understand if an approved tower controller is present, readback of instruction is required.
• I understand that I will not monopolize in game communications. Move to a different channel or use Teamspeak rooms to visit with other players.
• I understand that the default communication frequency is UNICOM 122.95. I will keep communications professional.
• I can invite friends to WestCoastHops, however, I understand that they must register on the WestCoastHops website.
• I will not give out session direct connect or teamspeak IP addresses or passwords to anyone who is not a registered member. Violation will result in the immediate removal of both parties from the website, server and teamspeak.
• I understand that if I have an issue with another member, I will contact a administrator.
• I understand that a decision by a administrator is final!
• I understand that using this server, teamspeak or website for any other use than WestCoastHops community flying will result in a immediate and permanent removal of access to all services!
• I understand that if I violate the rules I will be removed from the session, website and teamspeak.
